1. Custom Nature of Our Services
All products and services provided by Brand Point are custom-made to your specifications. As such, returns and refunds are not typically offered unless there is an error or issue with the quality or production of your order.
2. Errors in Production
If there is an error on our part regarding the quality, content, or production of your order (e.g., incorrect printing, damaged goods, or poor quality), we will work with you to resolve the issue. In such cases, we may offer a refund, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
3. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to errors or issues in production, you must meet the following criteria:
- Notification: You must notify us within 1 day of receiving your order about any issues related to the product. After this period, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.
- Proof of Error: You will need to provide clear photographic evidence of the issue or defect with the printed materials. We may request additional information to assess the situation.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be in its original, unaltered condition (i.e., unused and unmodified).
4. Cancellations Before Production
If you decide to cancel your order before it enters production, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. If your order has been processed and is in the production stage, it may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the extent of the work already completed.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Design Fees: If you paid for custom design services, these fees are non-refundable once the design work has begun or if you approve the final design.
- Rush Fees: Any additional charges for expedited or rush orders are non-refundable.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or canceled.
6. Refund Process
If your request for a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for processing, depending on your payment method.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional charge or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved. If a product is damaged during shipping, we may require you to submit a claim with the carrier or provide photographic evidence of the damage.
8. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to carefully review your order details, including design files, quantities, and other specifications before submitting your order. Once production begins, we cannot offer a refund for customer errors, such as incorrect artwork or wrong specifications.
Please ensure that your design files are high-quality and properly formatted according to our guidelines. We are not responsible for printing issues related to poor-quality files provided by you.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of delays or issues outside of our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or issues with suppliers, we are not liable for delays in delivery or failure to meet deadlines. Refunds in these cases may not be provided.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided for a refund request, you may contact us to discuss further options. We strive to resolve all disputes in a fair and reasonable manner, and will work with you to find a solution.
